At AEROMASTER, we ensure that every customer is satisfied with our products. Due to the nature of the online store, purchases are not completed directly online and contact is required before ordering.

1. Product Returns

• Returns are accepted only after communication and approval by AEROMASTER.

• Products must be returned in their original condition and with full packaging.

• Return costs may be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error of the company.

2. Product Warranty

• All products are accompanied by a manufacturer's warranty, according to its specifications.

• The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from misuse or accident.

• To activate the warranty or submit a return request, you must contact the company via email or phone.

3. Communication Process

• Contact AEROMASTER to inquire about availability, receive return instructions, or activate your warranty.

• The company will guide you through the necessary steps to properly complete the process.
