How do B-DRY & F-DRY dryers work?
B-DRY and F-DRY adsorption dryers operate with two columns filled with a special desiccant material.
During operation:
- The first column removes moisture from the compressed air through the adsorption process.
- The second column regenerates using a small portion of already dry compressed air.
- When the cycle is complete, the columns automatically switch over without interrupting the air supply.
This ensures continuous operation and consistent dry air quality.

What is adsorption?
Adsorption is a process in which water molecules adhere to the surface of a special porous material, known as a desiccant or adsorbent.
This material has a high moisture absorption capacity and allows very low dew points to be achieved.
B-DRY and F-DRY dryers use high-quality two-layer desiccant material:
- Molecular Sieve for high drying efficiency
- Water-resistant Silica Gel for protection and longer lifespan
